Winter Nights family gathering
Saturday, October 16, 2010 1-8pm
Where: Mesa, Arizona
Come join us for a celebration of our spiritual ancestors!
Event Details: Our day will begin at 2pm with a blessing of the folk and we will offer free workshops for adults and activities for the kids from 2:30 to 5pm.
Some local groups and organizations looking to raise money for Pagan related events will have some great items for donation.
The Northern Winds will host a costume contest with prizes for children and adults at 6pm.
The Norse Wolfpack will offer drinks and snacks for donation as well. All donations should be cash only, please.
We will conclude with an evening ritual honoring our ancestors at 7pm.
The park charges $6 per car to enter, We are not charging an entrance fee for the event, so please bring some cash for our donation can, and for snacks and drinks so we can help pay for the park rental.
No cars will be able to enter the park after 6:30pm.
This event will be held outside of Mesa in a group campgroup with tables, ramadas and bathrooms.
If you wish to attend, please email thenorsewolfpack@yahoo.com for directions and a copy of the park rules. Anyone who breaks the park rules will be asked to leave.
The Wolfpack is not charging an entrance fee, (check park fees above) so if you wish to help cash donations are being accepted at The Northern Winds (602-277-0538) or through Paypal (www.thenorsewolfpack.com) . We are also looking for Pagan related books and other items to use as prizes and giveaways. Thank you for your support!

Chili Cook-off Competition

Phoenix (Details given at registration)
(Take 7th street to Peoria, head west into the park, follow the loop road up and around, we are almost the last Ramada on the road)
Do you think you make the best, most original or hottest chili in town? Then come join the Norse Wolfpack's first annual Pagan and Heathen chili cook-off competition and fund raiser! Enter as many different varieties of chili that you want, each entry is only $5. Our judges will pick three winners at 5pm: Best overall, Most original and Hottest. We will then enjoy each other's creations. The Wolfpack will bring side dishes and tablewear. Bring your pre-prepared chili or cook it on the charcoal grills at the park. One-half of the funds collected will be divided among the winners, the other half used to host future open events. If you need to cancel after you have purchased entries, you can do so by November 6th, 2010, no refunds after that. The more you enter, the more you can win!

Join the Wolfpack for a family gathering and Norse ritual. This event is Free, but donations will be graciously accepted.
Mens Heathen Journey
Saturday, January 29th, 2011, 1-5pm
(Papago Park, Ramada number given upon ticket purchase)
An exploration into Heathenry and Asatru featuring door-prizes, workshops, ritual, meditation, hiking and more. Half of the proceeds will go to a local animal charity of our choice, the other half will be used to help fund future open events. Tickets are $25 each. This event is for the guys only. Refunds can be given on cancellations if done before January 10th, no refunds after. Goddess Events Arizona is hosting a Womens only Freya celebration at the same time, in the same park.
